Born and raised in Dalton, Georgia, Tatum has deep roots in the community she now serves as a real estate professional. She graduated from Dalton State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a background that sharpened her attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Skills that she uses to give her clients confidence throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Before entering real estate, Tatum spent over two years working as a waitress, where she developed exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and the habit of truly listening to people’s needs. Those experiences shaped her client-first mindset and her commitment to being attentive, available, and approachable.

Tatum is excited to be a real estate agent because she loves helping people navigate big decisions with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to grow into the most knowledgable and wisdom-filled advisor she can be–Someone her clients can trust for honest guidance, practical support, and a positive experience from start to finish.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Tatum painting or crafting, grabbing coffee with friends, working out, reading, attending church, or spending time with her family.
